[Responsibilities]
- Support employment life cycle, drafting JD, posting job adv, conducting interview, employee’s records, orientation, leave administration, expenses reimbursement, compensation & benefits, training & development program, global/local HR projects, performance (objective settings), talent management etc
- Maintain Employee Handbook, Company Manual, Company regulations and guidelines
- Plan and organize Employee benefits program and events etc CNY Dinner, Christmas party etc
- Support HR related policies and procedures including but not limited to drafting, implementing and compliance
- Maintain and upkeep workplace health & safety, office facilities & utilities, tele-communication, printing & copying, accounting & admin records management, etc.
- Streamline incoming phone calls. mails and inquiries, conduct front desk duties and maintain meeting schedules and calendars
- Issue, review, and validate invoices against Company records and proceed payment
- Support office vendor and procurement management and travel bookings/ arrangements
- Maintain accounting records and generate analytic and reports for management review
- Coordinate all statutory audits and MOM related matters such as employment visa whichever is applicable
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
[Requirements]
- 5 years of working experience including HR, Accounting, and Admin
- Proficiency in Excel and PPT
- Knowledge of basic accounting principle and HR management
- High level of integrity and able keep HR information/record in strictest confidence
- Able to communicate with various stakeholders effectively
