Responsibilities:

• Perform full set of accounting and statutory duties.
• Reporting and Financial Statements;
• Journals entries and prepare ledgers;
• Inventory cost management;
• Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business;
• Outstanding balances checking with internal and external stakeholders (accounts payable and receivable);
• Work with auditors for the Financial Statements and relating audit requirements;
• Ensure compliant with all internal compliance, audit and tax regulations;
• Responsible and reporting to Head Office including cashflow, tax computation, prospects & budgets
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder
• At least 2-3 years of related accounting experience
• Full set experience is desirable

• Review and oversee month-end closing activities and process
• Prepare timely and accurate reporting of financial results for the Group
• Preparation of schedules and documents for corporate tax submission
• Reporting for GST and withholding tax
• Prepare tax information and ensure timely filing of all tax returns.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from related fields
• At least 3 years of full set working experience required
• Experience in preparing tax returns (GST and Corporate Tax) is required
• Possess experience in using SAP system
