Responsibilities :
- Assist daily Operations, including preparation of sales quotations and RFQs, and responding to customer inquiries
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Coordinate communication between Sales Teams and other relevant departments
- Manage and maintain the ERP system
- Support the Logistics Team to prepare and generate shipment documentation as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min diploma holder
- Entry level position and non-experienced Graduate welcome to apply
- Proficiency in MS office
