Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and implement appropriate procedures and controls for operational processes according to HDB rules and regulations
· Office supervision and ensure smooth day-to-day operation
· Collection of fees and prepare financial reports to verify monthly billing and payment
· Conduct routine inspection to ensure residents’ compliance with cleanliness, hygiene standards and government regulations.
· Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Operations Manager from time to time.
Scope of Work
1. Maintenance & Management
· Identify and ensure safety, maintenance and ad-hoc repairs are completed and documented
· Supervise and manage external vendors for provision of services
2. Assisting Residents
· Assist residents with their needs, requests and concerns.
· Enhance cordial relationships among residents, resolve conflicts, ensure collection of monthly fees
3. Admin Support
· Assist in administration work, support and volunteers co-ordination.
· Prepare financial and non-financial reports, verify reports and timely submission of reports.
