Responsibilities:
Barista Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to a high standard.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment with care and precision.
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipes and presentation guidelines.
Service Crew Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Take orders accurately and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Handle payment transactions using the point-of-sale system.
General Duties:
- Assist in opening and closing the cafe, including setting up and cleaning down.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback politely and effectively.
- Support team members in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
- Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
