We sit at the junction of product, strategy, and go-to-market to shape the long-term product roadmap, best commercialize new products, and drive long-term strategic initiatives. Job responsibilities
- Co-lead Joint Technical Plans (JTP) with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sales and technical specialist to assist large Ad Agency partners across APAC to leverage Google Measurement solutions, including Incrementality, Attribution, MMMs, and 1PD to drive customer growth.
- Develop comprehensive measurement solutions that address customer business and marketing challenges and provide guidance to agencies on methodologies for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) solutions. Coordinate cross-functionally to drive the program management and execution of JTP plans.
- Collaborate with Sales and Global PSA to develop training programs that enhance seller and agency knowledge on Google’s priority M&A solutions. Collaborate with third-party measurement providers.
- Share customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads to align product roadmaps with the needs of GCS customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Global PSA to identify key challenges, unlock growth opportunities, and develop scalable solutions.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with media effectiveness and advertising measurement solutions.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English in order to support the client management in the Greater China market.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
- Experience influencing stakeholders to devise and scale a strategy.
- Proven track record of measuring business impact of online media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and people management skills, with experience of influencing senior-level executives, managers and sellers.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
