Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage, source, interview, recruit, train and or guide a Team of Recruitment Consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different industries.
• Identify industry focus and set business strategies to penetrate market share.
• Drive marketing and business growth opportunities.
• Built and maintain business relationships with all clients.
• Stay well informed of industry, services and macro-economic developments to properly position the company to stay ahead.
• Facilitate weekly, monthly team meetings, manage the performance and reports to the Director.
• Manage operational and expenses.
• Meet individual KPI and Team’s KPI.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the director.

• Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary, contract or permanent positions jobs with clients’ companies.
• Conduct networking in order to attract business from client companies and build relationships with clients.
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
• Search and find the right person for the employer’s vacancy, receive and review applications, arranging interviews, and short-listing candidates
• Brief candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
• Prepare and edit resumes and forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Organize interviews for the candidate as requested by the client by calling and emailing them the required details
• Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression
• Follow up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR
• Any adhoc admin duties
