Position: Admin Executive (Logistics & HR)
Logistics:
- Oversee and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Coordinate shipments, track inventory, and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure timely delivery and monitor inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Familiar with application and processing of permits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive company culture and handle employee relations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both logistics and human resources roles (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles..
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems and think critically.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Responsive to calls and text when required after working hours
- Able to commit weekends when required
