Position Overview:
Gough is seeking a dedicated and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Singapore. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success by identifying, engaging, and placing exceptional candidates within the Real Estate and Construction sectors. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders and make a significant impact on both candidates' careers and our clients' organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Acquisition: Proactively source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with clients.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the Real Estate and Construction sectors. Understand their unique staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to provide strategic advice to both candidates and clients.
- Talent Matching: Facilitate successful matches by aligning candidates' skills and aspirations with clients' requirements and company culture.
- Negotiation: Manage offer negotiations and assist in the closing process to ensure a seamless transition for candidates and clients.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions using our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices, contributing to the overall success of Gough Recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in Real Estate, Construction or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
