We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Preparation Supervisor to oversee and manage our projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage site prepration activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve site issues and manage risks effectively.
- Supervise and guide site workers and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Preparation Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
