JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to Construction Administrative Department (CAD) Managers and others as needed.
- Assist in preparing written materials, including correspondences, reports and submittal packages.
- Assist with the collection, review, monitoring of status and organisation of Department of Construction Administrative (CAD).
- Prepare and distribute routine reports and attend to other needed administrative tasks.
- Attend Tender meetings, take and distribute minutes as needed.
Job Requirements
- A degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering.
- Ability to coordinate and maintain files and correspondences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- No prior knowledge of Japanese proficiency required, but good to have for the ease of communicating with Japanese superior.
