Marketing & Communications Executive
The Marketing & Communications Executive will support the Regional Marketing & Communications Manager in coordinating and executing 360-degree marketing strategies for the region. We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated candidate with a strong desire for continuous learning, to play a vital role in driving brand growth in the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities
Support the Regional Marketing & Communications Manager in planning and implementing ATL and BTL campaigns in line with HQ’s directives, brand guidelines and objectives: -
- Support and oversee all digital platforms that are used as engagement touchpoints such as Brand websites in the region, the Brand’s E-Commerce platform and Brand’s SNS channels
- Conceptualize, plan and execute the strategy and content for the Brand’s SNS channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to build brand awareness
- Develop and execute the strategy and content for the GS9 Club platforms in the region, in collaboration with the appointed vendors
- Work closely with various partners on digital marketing campaigns (e.g. programmatic advertising) and monitor the effectiveness to optimise for future efforts
- Support in the execution of performance campaigns to drive and support the E-Commerce and O2O commerce
- Collaborate with retail partners on their advertising/communication campaigns, promotional events
- Plan, coordinate and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders, including Sales and Retail team, vendors, caterers, and contractors for all activations to drive sales and footfall to the boutique
- Responsible for regular update of advertising print calendar, monthly Marketing Activities Report for submission to HQ, along with Media monitoring and updating of PR Reports
- Monitor industry trends and developments, customer behaviour, competitors’ campaigns and best practices, to identify growth opportunities, improvements to strategies and relevancy to our target audience
- Ensure activities are maintained within budget allocated, update monthly Expense Tracker and ensure compliance of financial regulations (i.e. submission of invoices for payment processing)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support the overall marketing team and business needs
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business and/or Digital Marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in a luxury brand; high-end fashion, beauty and/or watch industry will be a plus
- Possess knowledge of integrated (digital and traditional) marketing campaigns
- Strong aesthetic flair, proficient but not limited to in SNS platforms, MS Office, Meta, Google Business and Adobe Programs (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Project management and multi-tasking capabilities to adapt and work in a dynamic environment
- Innovative, detail-oriented and resourceful team player with an ability to adapt and problem solve
