Job Description:
· Performs all duties applicable to the night shift ensuring report, premises check and other are preformed accordingly
· Liaise and communicate with the manager in charge and front desk staff with regards to night check in/out and or any other request of the tenants.
· Read all reservation correspondences prior to the guest arrival.
· Personally welcome’s guest and conduct briefing about the room and the apartment SOP the newly arrived guest
· Responds to guest comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirement:
· Excellent customer service skills. Able to communicate with people of different nationalities.
· Able to prepare various management reports & incident reports.
· Able to work on weekend and public holiday (when required)
· Positive attitude and proactive, able to work with the team
· Duty from 10:00pm to 8:00am / 6 days per week
· Applicant with security officer licence or WSQ Certificate in Security Operations will have added advantage.
