Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will be an integral part of the team to provide nursing care to our residents.
. Supervise all nursing staff during his/her shift.
. Monitor, reassess and evaluate resident's condition.
. Implement a plan of care for the resident.
.Serve as the liaison between families and physicians.
. Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing.
. Provide smooth delivery of resident care and services.
. Maintain and update medical files and attend to medical emergency, ensure compliance to infection control, safety requirements and regulations.
.Deputize and assume responsibilities of Senior Staff Nurse in his/her absence when the need arise or when assigned.
Job Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
. Registered with SNB
.Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. .Proactive and self-motivated
. Proficiency in office IT skills
. Possess a passionate disposition to care for seniors
