The Purchaser is responsible to :

2) Pricing comparison and order of material.

3) Monitor for timely delivery , quality of material.

4) Answering phone call.

- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.

- PC literacy- MS Office with strong Excel knowledge.

- At least 2 years working experience in related field.

~ Coordinate local and overseas delivery.
~ Generate monthly purchasing report for management.
~ Initiate and lead cost saving initiatives.
~ Liaise with local and overseas suppliers.
~ Monitor and keep optimal inventory levels.
~ Source, evaluate and qualify suppliers.

Office Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean office, common areas, pantry, and toilets.
• Sweep, mop the flooring.Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture
• Empty trash bins.

Good experience in steel structure and metal works.

To take off quantity for tender and on going projects.

To attend customer meeting and on site to confirm the measurement.

To submit claim in time.

Source for material and assist in purchasing job.

Updating and tracking of drawing to ensure timely information.

To follow up closely on all quotation quoted.

Experience in purchasing will be an advantage.

Minimum Diploma, Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveyor .

Familiar in Autocad 2D.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.'

Preferably with HDB, School, factory or private projects experience.

Retirees are welcome.

Job Description & Requirements

Handle all accounts receivable function (progress claims, invoices and receipts). Follow up on outstanding bills. Generate AR reports. Wage calculation. Other accounts related and ad-hoc admin duties as assigned. Answering phone call. Min 2 years of accounting working experience. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates). Able to work as a team or independently and under pressure. Able to start work within short notice.
