Job Description

- To assist dentists in carrying out treatments.

- Ensure patients' comfort during treatment.

- Prepare treatment room by stocking dental materials and ensuring equipment are maintained and in tip-top condition.

- Sterilization of instruments and maintenance of clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards.

- Assist in adhoc duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

- Manage appointments and provide customer service to patients.

- Attend to queries from call-in patients.

Requirements

- Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"N Level"/"O Level", Professional Certificate, Nitec in any field or equivalent.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Good team player who is mature, organised, reliable, responsible, takes initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Willingness to travel to other clinic when needed (transport reimbursable).

- Dental Assistants with relevant dental experience will be compensated accordingly.

- Able to work evenings until 9pm (Shift work during clinic operating hours).

- IT literate.

- Required language(s): English/Chinese

Job Description

- Organize Company/branch events and meetings
- Keep track of Company SOPs and documentations
- Prepare and keep track of agreements, letters, memos
- Manage Tenancy matters
- Perform Medisave, CHAS and AIA/IHP claims online, tally payments and present report on monthly basis
- Prepare reports for analysis and planning
- Prepare fee statements for doctors
- Process invoices and claims
- Calculation of staff working hours and management of leave records for staff
- Handle queries from accountant and branch staff
- Filing/scanning
- Other projects or administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
- Required traits: meticulous, organized, responsible, willing to learn, high integrity
- At least 2 years of experience preferably in admin and accounting
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel skills and comfortable learning new software
- Work well with deadlines
- Good time management
- Able to work with a sense of urgency
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work well both independently and as a team player
