Job Description:

• Supervision of the Client contractors’ pipe repair/laying/servicing/leak detection works, or as directed by the Client
• Supervise the Client contractors’ work.
• Record the progress of work and carry out measurement of work quantity
• Ensures work procedures and safety measures are complied.
• Report incident promptly and maintaining close contact with the Client officers.
• Carry out inspection of valve chambers, implement preventive measures for mosquito breeding and seal the chambers.
• Carry out water quality sampling, flushing of water pipes and testing of hydrants.
• Assist the Client to attend to public feedback.
• Prepare supervision report to record the site findings.
• Carry out any other works in relation to the supervision of pipe repair/laying/servicing/leak detection works as required by the Client.

Qualification:

• Possess at least a Higher Nitec from a local institution or equivalent
• Must have Certification in Supervision Course – Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course (BCSS).
• Must possess personal transportation.
• Must be able to use a computer system to prepare site reports and use Mobile applications for updating of site findings.

Job description:

• Conduct the assessment as stated in the Assessment Plan
• Conduct professional training and activities according to the provided lesson plan.
• Administer assessments as outlined in the Assessment Plan.
• Ensure training sessions are conducted in a safe and conducive environment for all participants.
• Complete all assessment documents thoroughly and accurately.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
• Must have a MWAH/Scaffold Supervisor Certificate.
• Must have a Rigger & signalman Certificate.
• At least 5 years of work experience in relevant industry.
• At least 2 years of training experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
