• Plan and manage Horticulture operations, analyze resources to achieve higher efficiency and productivity

Requirement

• with relevant education background such as agriculture/horticulture/landscaping and other which is related
• with at least 1 year experience in landscape operation in singapore
• holding SG driving license with be additional advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with a knack for creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

• Oversee and manage cleaning teams at different client locations within a day, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to the client’s specifications
• Ensure that staff follow systematic cleaning routines, maintain high standards, and comply with each client’s unique requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their cleaning needs are met and addressing any issues or requests promptly
• Build strong relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Travel to multiple client sites in a single day as required, demonstrating flexibility and effective time management
• Adapt to various working environments, ensuring smooth coordination of cleaning activities across all assigned locations
• Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and third parties, ensuring professional representation of the company at all times
• Provide clear instructions to cleaning staff and report progress to clients and senior management
• Ensure that all cleaning operations comply with relevant health and safety standards at each client site
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure staff adhere to job descriptions, safety regulations, and client expectations
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• To have experience clinching and handling cleaning accounts and cleaners, B2B
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing housekeeping or cleaning operations, preferably in an outsourced cleaning company
• Knowledge of professional cleaning standards and sanitation processes
