IVVQ Manager (Ref.No. R1005535)

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

• IVVQ Manager shall ensure that all the requirements are properly testable – including the testing method – and that full V&V Traceability can be put in place and maintained with the verification test scenarios.
• Prepare the resources used for various test configurations, develop and implement verification procedure, compile the results documents, manage the deviations and record all verification results.
• Responsible for integration, perform factory acceptance test (Based on Singapore Factory) of Telecom sub-systems, communicate with customer, prepare report and submission to customer.
• Deploy, configure and manage the Telecom system IT infrastructure, such as servers, storage and network devices
• Configure software and hardware systems and deploy integration solutions based on Cloud technology.
• Support and/or perform troubleshooting and creating tools to resolve incidents where necessary
• Proactive to help the team in any other areas within the scope of software development life cycle.
• Deployment of on-prem data center solution (IT Infra) from hardware and OS and its services perspective
• Deployment of network solutions including firewalls
• Deployment of software on the data center and any other external hardware
• Deployment of cyber solutions
• IVVQ testing of IT infra/network/software/cyber solutions

You have:

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related discipline (essential)
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering (preferred)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE :

• Working Experience (Industry, specialization, type, min no. of years)
• >3 Years of direct experience in manual/automated testing, configuration and management of IT infrastructure.
• Experience in designing and developing integration solutions using APIs, micro services, and service-oriented architecture is preferred

Technical skills and expertise in several of the following technologies and areas of knowledge would be valuable:

• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and the fundamentals of VMware ESX and related technologies.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and cloud computing.
• Knowledge in Networking protocols and Virtualization preferably with experience in Ansible and other related IT automation tools.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes.

Situation in the Organization:

Working under the direction of the Country Cybersecurity Authority and part of the Engineering Team

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of security system hardware, that includes firewalls and intrusion detection systems, SIEM, 2FA
• Elaborate and deploy hardening procedures
• Work with internal and external teams to successfully implement proposed security solutions such as host-based endpoint protection and data loss prevention
• Perform basic security audit or review of a system to highlight gaps in security compliance
• Assist the Country Cybersecurity Authority in managing security incidents, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing end to end activities
• Support projects’ delivery teams in daily operations for security such as firewall administration, OS patching, and account reviews
• Provide security consultancy to internal teams on their project/business opportunity security needs
• Understands the security requirements and provide support to Cybersecurity work packages in bids and projects
• Occasionally acts as the technical interface on security issues with customers responding to queries and providing technical solutions

Requirements:

The candidate should possess the following:

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent

Key responsibilities

1) Defining the pre-requisites and the priorities for the T&C planning.
2) Coordinating the production of the T&C documentation.
3) Managing the interfaces with the different entities

6) Coordinate the necessary means for the realisation of the systems tests, being understood that each entity provides the staff and test tools for their own equipment.

12) Prepare documentation for test procedures (method statements)

Requirements:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Project and Bids Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing administrative support to the project team
• Managing document control and archiving project documentation
• Coordinating the issuance of design documents and other deliverables with the engineering team
• Preparing transmittal documents for all incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintaining project logs, including submittals, transmittals, memos, and meeting minutes
• Offering general administrative support for company projects
• Organizing and maintaining project files, filing systems, and project communications
• Assisting with data entry for projects and taking meeting minutes for internal and external meetings
• Liaising with project intragroup counterparts to track and close meeting action items
• Booking meeting rooms, scheduling meetings and conference calls, and managing travel and accommodation arrangements

System Architect (PDA) (Ref.No. R1002248) at our location in Singapore

You will enjoy having this responsibility:

Ensure that the solution and architectural design satisfies customer technical and program requirements (including budget and schedule); is implemented in line with product policy, legislation, appropriate Technical Regulatory framework, and design obligations and that technical risks are identified and managed.

This System Architect (Project Design Authority) member of the Engineering team, reports functionally to the Engineering Director and operationally to the Project Manager.

He/she interfaces with Technical Directorate from the Business Line.

It also involves the following tasks:

• Oversee the conduct and approve the outcome of trade studies to evaluate design alternatives in order to provide advice to both the customer and internal technical teams.
• Coach and mentor architectural and technical teams.
• Lead collaborative discussion between internal teams, vendors and customers to clarify and define system requirements.
• Consult with customers and their representatives in order to appropriately influence system architecture and design.
• Ensure that the proposed architecture and design will meet the customer’s requirements
• Approve the system architecture, and provide leadership and guidance to the architecture team
