Responsibilities:
This role supports the team in the conceptualising, framing of the personal transformation and leadership frameworks into learning modules for delivery to the clients.
· Conduct research on the current personal transformation and leadership trends and frameworks
· Update and reference exisiting in-house frameworks with research data
· List down pertinent learning outcomes from our current modules
- Recommend the most suitable modes of delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in instructional design, research, educational psychology, or organisation wide learning interventions
- Some knowledge of contemporary educational strategies
- Good written communication skills
- Enjoy conducting research on adult learning, leadership and personal transformation
