We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of managing and optimizing our YouTube content operations. - Content Scheduling & Traffic Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the content calendar for our YouTube channel to ensure timely uploads and a consistent publishing schedule.
- Act as the point of contact between creative teams, editors, and talents to manage the workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
- Oversee and optimize the scheduling of shoots, ensuring the availability of talents, resources, and locations.
- Upload & Channel Management
- Manage the upload process, ensuring metadata (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions) is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
- Maintain and update video playlists, end screens, and cards to keep the channel organized and viewer-friendly.
- Talent & Community Management
- Coordinate with talents to manage their schedules, brief them on content requirements, and address their needs during shoots.
- Actively engage with the YouTube community by responding to comments, addressing queries, and fostering a positive and active audience.
- Monitor and analyze viewer feedback to improve content strategies and community engagement.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze channel performance metrics (views, watch time, CTR, engagement rates) to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on YouTube trends and algorithm changes to implement best practices for channel growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing YouTube channels or similar social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between teams and engaging with the community.
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio and tools like Trello, Notion, or similar project management software.
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content strategy best practices.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for content creation.
- Experience in community management and audience engagement strategies.
- Understanding of video production workflows and processes.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
