Job Summary
Take full responsibility for Sales and Business Development on Key Accounts within an assigned area to meet sales target.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key account customers.
- New business and new customer development.
- Managing, interpreting, and coordinating key account customer requirements accurately.
- Be responsible for sales result, including sales revenue, A/R, customer satisfaction etc.
- Draft the strategy for key account sales and service.
- Develop and strengthen the relationship with key account customers.
- Organize sales and service activities aimed at key account customers.
- Prepare integrated sales proposals and quotations globally for multinational customers.
- Build up good and long-term relationships with focused accounts.
- Prepare and conduct product presentations, product demonstrations and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Take full responsibility for incorporating customer suggestions for improving current products and services, as well as for considering ideas for new products and services.
- Participate in improving customer satisfaction and cultivate a competitive mindset by identifying and communicating to management the needs and requirements of customers and competitor activities.
- Share products knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.
- Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, departments, and inter-branch offices.
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
- Work closely with regional managers to develop and record applications.
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and plans for business forecasts.
- Research market demand and competition information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) or a related field.
- 5-7 years of work experience as a Sales Engineer/Representative in the sales of electronics components or related industries.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
- Creative, Enthusiastic, hands-on self-starter.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferably with valid driving license.
- Good Attendance and Self-Motivation.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service and service-oriented mindset
