Job Description & Requirements
· Able to plan, schedule and forecast procurement activities
· Purchase general and specialized equipment and materials for projects
· Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
· Consult with suppliers and review quotations
· Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
· Work closely with site personnel
· Ensure lorry drivers' have meet the timelines given.
· Address and resolve issues related to transportation and logistics system.
· Generate Purchase Orders promptly.
· Maintain good relationship and follow-up with suppliers closely.
· Provide administrative support to the office.
