We are seeking a junior paralegal to join our corporate secretarial team. In addition to managing routine matters such as annual general meetings and ACRA filings for non-listed entities, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through working closely with our lawyers in transactional closings and corporate secretariat matters. We will provide the training to help you build your skills as a corporate governance professional.

Applicants with a Diploma in Law & Management and equivalent are welcome. Prior experience in corporate secretarial work will be a plus but not a requirement.

We are seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years’ PQE to join our corporate and commercial practice. You will gain experience to cross-border transactions and collaborating with international offices within the Eversheds Sutherland network, of which we are a member. Applicants must have a good foundation in company law, and experience advising on financing and security documents, or in the FinReg sector is an advantage (not a must). Other qualities we look for are good analytical and communication skills, the ability to work proactively and reliably under pressure and being independent without sacrificing team spirit.
