Gusto Collective Singapore (formerly known as Mercury Integrated) is seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to join the team. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing innovative and captivating projects. Your responsibilities will include crafting creative proposals for events, exhibitions, visual merchandise, and more. You will collaborate closely with fellow peers, bringing your artistic flair and technical expertise to the table and translating ideas into tangible 3D designs.

Your areas of focus will be:
- Ideate, conceptualize, and design proposals that meet client objectives and push creative boundaries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project briefs and objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Create initial design sketches and develop computer-generated 2D and 3D visualizations that bring concepts to life.
- Produce accurate technical drawings for construction purposes, ensuring feasibility and precision in execution.
- Attend regular meetings with the creative team to discuss project progress, share ideas, and seek feedback.
- Work closely with the in-house production team to ensure the seamless execution of designs and deliver high-quality output.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management skills and meeting tight deadlines.
- Display initiative, working both individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Propose design solutions that not only meet but exceed client briefs, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
- Maintain workflow according to project schedules, ensuring that various tasks and deadlines are met consistently.
You will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in Exhibition Design, Industrial Design, or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of related experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, or luxury projects.
- At least 2 years of experience working with production and account management teams to execute client event designs.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for interior design and luxury aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, etc.
- A strong sense of composition, realism, texture, color, lighting, and unwavering attention to detail.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of clients’ requirements with ability to execute effectively and efficiently.
- In-depth understanding of the events and creative industry, current trends, and emerging technologies. Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with high levels of initiative.
