Direct customer service

• Demonstrate the 5 basic demands to engage with and welcome our customers in the service areas and on the sales floor
• Apply a ‘Heads up’ approach – be aware of customers who require assistance and offer your help
• Use your product and fashion knowledge to inspire the customer by offering purchasing suggestions, and promoting campaigns, offers and activities

Store Operations

• Keep the fixtures full and tidy regularly throughout the day to maximise sales
• Ensure great garment care to sell the products in their best condition at the right time
• Replenish sizes and allocation to the sales floor through efficient delivery and refill routines to avoid missed sales
• Ensure all areas of the sales floor and back of house are always clean and tidy
• Ensure all routines are followed at the cash desks and fitting rooms to maximize sales and customer satisfaction

Team

• Share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working atmosphere
• Give honest and constructive feedback to your colleagues to develop their skills 
• Work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation with Health & Safety and security routines,  to guarantee your own personal safety as well as the safety of your colleagues and our customers at all times 

As the Market Merchandiser for Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines, you will be the expert in the markets and drive profitable growth by managing a locally relevant commercial plan in partnership with the Area and Regional Merchandising Teams. You will provide input regarding market and customer knowledge and ensure that sales are maximized. You will report to the Regional Head of Merchandising.

What you will do:

•Drive selling and profitable net growth for your market through quantified goals, identifying selling opportunities and future potentials ​

•Create and execute allocation strategies that will secure profitability and optimal composition of stock for your market, producing store allocation plans each season for each store segment

•Responsible for the reduction cost of your market, in order to optimise the effect of reductions through sale and activities​

•Act on sales opportunities/threats for your market with Area Teams, communicating them to the Supply Chain Merchandiser and the Regional Concept Merchandiser​

•Liaise with Merchandising Team regarding intake, ranging, and allocations ​

•Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to potentialize local activity.

•Supply your market organisation with commercial focuses in order to set the right priorities to drive stock, both short and long term​

•Coach Store Teams together with the Area Team on commercial focuses ​

•Influence Area Controllers to ensure an optimal balance between selling and stock levels on all store segments​

•Provide the Regional Merchandise Team with your market/customer knowledge as well as market input regarding expectations and the price they are willing to pay ​

•Set and follow up on the commercial plan for your market and be an expert in your scope, reviewing periodically and setting quantified improvements for next year as well as adapting the regional commercial beliefs to local needs​

•Report weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance, potentializing sales opportunities by store ​

•Attend trade meetings and present updates on trade, highlighting over and under performance and actions to take​

This Regional E-com function is focused on supporting the digital growth priorities of the brand, both strategically and commercially. The role focuses on maximizing the customer experience by balancing commerciality and brand.  As regional digital experience manager, you will be responsible for creating the best possible overall product experience for the user. You will also be responsible for establishing a digital customer journey based on the commercial plan, supported by the digital content strategy.  You will lead the work in creating customer journey guidelines for Regional and local content teams. You will support the delivery of content tools to drive Digital campaign effectiveness and identify Digital content requirements to maximize selling. 

What you will do:

• Utilize multiple data sources and turn different data streams into a cohesive view of our customer to produce detailed digital business insights & analysis.
• Ensure the tracking of A/B & MV testing scenarios and continuously track and optimise online acquisition campaigns in partnership with markets.
• Support with detailed analysis of path to registration and path to purchase to improve conversion funnel as well as analysis of various merchandizing zone performance to refine understanding of winning combinations.
• Lead and support markets on Operational eCommerce projects like launch of COS.com in new market expansion, launch of new eCommerce platforms or formats and to assess and capture online opportunities in marketplaces.
• Build regional proposals with tech and media partners like Google, Facebook and support the recruitment & onboarding of eCommerce Managers across APAC markets and also act as our Web Analytics Advocate to foster a data-driven mindset among market’s Digital stakeholders, build awareness of existing Digital Analytics solutions and strategy and drive best practice sharing at market level and within Global Community.
