As the Regional Business Portfolio Controller, you are the financial and analytical business partner for the Leasing and Legal teams in sales markets in your region, working with controlling of the expansion strategy and portfolio management. You ensure accuracy in budgeting, P&L methodology and sales and profit forecasting, performanalyses for the region and support in strategic plans, support and give insights as data expert to the regional team and sales markets through collaboration and stakeholder management. You drive improvements and actions in processes, methods and tools, support all markets and brands within the region.

Key responsibilities
- Set routines for sales and cost forecasting to prepare business cases, and create and continuously update benchmark data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
- Support Regional Expansion by strategically distributing Capex to the sales markets and analyze trends and deviations versus budget/targets to draw conclusions for improvement.
- Contribute to the strategy for growth, consolidations, negotiations, and portfolio management in your region; translateregional strategies into tangible goals for sales markets and support the Leasing function in setting clear strategies and goals.
- Analyze the portfolio to identify key success factors, targets, and areas of opportunity; supportsales market teams by raising the need for relevant tools with global Controlling, implementing controlling routines, and ensuring accurate data for business cases.
- Work closely with the regional Expansion controlling team, sales market Leasing, and C&F functions to develop analysis methods, BI tools, LIMA functionality, and reports.

What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering or at least 3 years of relevant working experience work experience.
- Experience from preparing and presenting financial reporting to senior management and other stakeholders
- Data analysis and visualization skills
- Advanced level in Power BI and familiarity with VBA
- Knowledge about common accounting principles.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Regional Expansion Controlling Manager.
