Responsibilities
· Familiarizes with all food and beverage items in the menu, its ingredients, method of preparation, portion size and presentation to be able to deliver ideal service maximizing guest satisfaction.
· Ensure food and beverage arrive to guests quickly and correctly; and confirming guest satisfaction
· Ensure proper table maintenance, including water service, pre-bussing, etc.
· Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner
· Communicate respectfully with chefs (and kitchen team) as necessary
· Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service
· Engage management for any guest issue or complaint promptly
· Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and service areas
· Stocking and preparing service related items
· Ensures the restaurant, equipment and interiors are always maintained in
a thoroughly clean and fully operational manner.
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak English well

- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
