Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wholesale trading sector.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Market Analysis:Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.
- Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' sales skills and product knowledge.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure:Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing strategies.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate regular reports for management.

Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wholesale trading sector.
