Job Description
Diligently perform assigned duties at the work station by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Weigh, clean, and cut various types and sizes of live seafood/fish products for customers accurately according to standards and requirements.
Monitor and ensure the freshness and quality of items.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming, and hygiene at all times.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Demonstrates good teamwork and is committed with a willingness to learn.
Knowledge of various types of fresh produce and products is advantageous.
Able to carry and lift heavy goods as required.
Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
