Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and grow our offline and online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing sales lines, driving the development of new sales opportunities, and executing strategies aligned with company management's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:Oversee and maintain current sales lines to ensure consistent revenue.
Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach.
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
- Marketing Strategy Development:Develop and implement marketing plans for offline and online projects.
Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
Collaborate with design teams to create engaging marketing materials.
Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Product Promotion:Promote the company’s product lines, including toilet bidets and smart home products, to existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Develop pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to align sales and marketing efforts.
Provide training and guidance to sales team members as needed.
- New Business Development:Under management's guidance, spearhead initiatives to diversify the product portfolio and explore new sales channels.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the home and living products sector.
- Strong knowledge of both offline and online sales strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving market trends.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and market trends.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
