Job Descriptions:

• Assist the Sous chef in day-to-day culinary operations.
• Responsible for food production in the assigned role.
• Cook or directly supervise the cooking of items that require skillful preparation.
• Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout assigned kitchen areas at all times.
• Implement controls to minimize food waste.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least WSQ Food Safety Level 1 certificate.
• Knowledge of halal cuisine will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 Year(s) of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a higher role.

We are looking for a responsible, patient personal driver.

Work days: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm (excluding public holidays)

Work location: Bukit Timah/River Valley/Holland, Central Region

Duties shall include but not limited to the following:

• Drive employer and family members safely and responsibly (including young children with helper and elderly)
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle (internal and external)
• Refuel car and drive to workshop for car servicing and maintenance when necessary
• Accompany elderly for outings (e.g. walk in the park, etc)
• Run errands, do groceries or other adhoc duties for family if needed
• Strong enough to carry wheelchair out of car for elderly and support elderly if necessary

Required experience:

• Possess class 3 driving license
• Must have at least 3-5 years of working experience as a family / personal driver
• Caregiving or healthcare experience a plus
• Must have clean / accident-free driving record
• Reliable, honest, flexible, patient and punctual
• Safe and smooth driving
• Fluent in English
• Non-smoker due to family health reasons
• Free from court cases (e.g. bankruptcy, financial / credit card debts and criminal offences)
