Responsibilities

• Create and develop high-quality 3D models for characters, environments, props, and other assets.
• Collaborate with the 2D team to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed 3D models.
• Work on texturing, shading, poly count, topology and UV mapping to ensure models are production-ready.
• Optimize 3D models for performance and efficiency.
• Ensure all 3D assets meet the technical and artistic requirements of the project.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continuously improve skills and the quality of work.

Requirements

• Diploma in Arts & Media or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing 3D art assets for games.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D modeling work.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
• Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, shading, and UV mapping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mobile games.
• Knowledge and experience with game engines like Unity

• Edit raw footage into videos for various platforms, including trailers, promotional videos, and social media
• Use game footage, in-game assets, to craft engaging and visually appealing videos.
• Develop advertisements, teasers, and other marketing materials that will capture the audience's attention
• Develop compelling narratives and visual storytelling to effectively communicate the game’s features and appeal
• Work with the marketing team to ensure the video content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
• Use AI tools and video editing software to edit and enhance video
• Add special effects, graphics, sound effects, and music to capture viewer's attention
• Ensure video quality, including color correction, audio mixing, and video stabilization
• Work closely with the Art and Marketing teams to understand the game's key features and target audience
• Maintain organized project files and manage video archives

Requirements

• Proficient in video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques
• Good knowledge of AI trends and willing to learn the latest AI tools
• Meticulous with keen eye for detail and good sense of aesthetics
• Strong determination and self motivated
• Either skilled in Spine 2D or 3D (generalist)

• At least 4 years of experience in gaming or e-commerce

• Familiar with Mobile Measurement Partner (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust)
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Lead technical design, implementation, debugging and optimization of in-house web portals.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams for development of key game features and services.
• Identify potential technical risks early and provide technical advice for mitigation.
• Ensure the security and integrity of applications and user data.
• Write clean, maintainable, performant and well-documented application code and test code.
• Collaborate with other senior engineers to establish coding standards, best practices and development processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, systems, tools, processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions in the game experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in web development.
• Experience with front-end development (e.g. Vue, React, Typescript, CSS, HTML).
• Strong back-end software development experience with Node.js, Python.
• Solid understanding of API design and Kafka.
• Experience with data-driven product development: analytics, A/B testing, etc.
• Demonstrable experience with multiple database systems (MySQL, Cassandra, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
