· Position Title: Sales Admin / Coordinator
· Working Location: Joo Koon (Near Joo Koon MRT)
· Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm
· Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + Bonus
· Duration: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
• Process sales orders, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders, tax invoices, delivery order for the delivery
• Assist with customer inquiries by phone/email and resolve any issues related to orders, delivery, or account management.
• Maintain up-to-date records on the system and generate reports for sales performance tracking.
• Coordinate with warehouse department to ensure orders are fulfilled and customers are satisfied.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product availability with the logistics team.
• Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in an administrative sales support role will be an added advantage. (Not mandatory)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on customer service.
