LOOKING FOR HYDERABED DUM BRIYANI SPECIALIST CHEF

ABLE TO MAKE NORTH INDIAN DISHES (ALL TANDOOR ITEMS)

WORKING HOURS - 9 AM TO 10:30 PM (BREAK AFTER 2-5 PM)

WEEKLY OFF - TUESDAY OR THURSDAY ONLY

BASIC HYEGINE COURSE IS MANDATORY

FLEXIBLE ENOUGHT TO SUPPORT DINE IN, ONLINE ORDERS AND CATERING ORDERS

SALARY RANGE 4K TO 6.5K

Making all varities of parata, all varities of dosa, Mee goreng, south Indian dishes

Minimum 4 years experience required in prata making (Indian style)

Minimum 2 years experience in south indian dishes

Assist the main chef during non peak hours or

Take care of the south indian dishes during weekly off from other cooks

Handle sales during non peak hours

12 hours shift work ( morning 6:30 AM -2:30 PM and evening 4:30 PM -10 pm)

Weekly once off - Tuesday or Thursday only

After one year, bonus will be applicable

Salary will be 3000-4500 sgd based on experience

food safety license is required. Refresher course will be sponsored for existing certificate holders

Task:

1. Taking order from the customer

2. Handling sales

3. Handling online delivery orders

Part time job timing:

Days: TUESDAYS OR THURSDAY OR BOTH

Timing: Afternoon (11:00 PM to 2:30 PM), Evening (6 to 8:30 PM)

or daily 2 PM to 6 PM

Task:

1. Taking order from the customer

2. Handling sales

3. Handling online delivery orders

Part time job timing:

Days: TUESDAYS OR THURSDAY OR BOTH

Timing: Afternoon (11:00 PM to 2:30 PM), Evening (6 to 8:30 PM)

Cleaning of cooking vessels

Plate washing by using machine washer - Maintain high degree of hygiene

Assist the chef/cooks in cleaning the tables and vessels

Cleaning of racks, machinerary, boxes and etc

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

No working experience needed

With a “can-do” attitude, perform all duties assigned by Manager/Chief cook

Tuesday or Thursday off

Working shift - 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Break will be 2 PM to 5 PM

Looking for the chef who knows North Indian dishes

Candidate must know cooking of Chicken Tikka, Tandoori chicken, Butter Chicken, Naan, Tandoori Roti, Panner butter masala, Bhatura, Channa masala, Aloo Prata, Gobi Prata, Chilli chicken, Chilli paneer

Working hours: 10 AM to 10 PM (3-5 PM Break)

Working days: Wednesday to Monday

Salary: 4000-6500 based on experience and skills

3. Fluent in English/Tamil/Mandarin/Malay (atleast 2 combinations Mandatory) to handle customer service

4. Food safety course from SFA is mandatory

5. Knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel (Certification will be added advantage)

6. Nutrition certificate will be added advantage

7. Day to day Operations and management

8. Human resources management

9. Maintain inventory and stocks (Supplier managment)

10. Fixing the menu for the day and arrange the stocks accordingly in advance

11. Should be ready for extended hours

12. 12-14 hours Shift is required (9:00 AM TO 10:30 PM)
