Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a product marketing and sales leadership role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partner strategy and execution or business consulting
- Proficient in English and Mandarin as key business communication languages
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in promoting marketing solutions to large, complex organizations across various geographies.
- Strong understanding of marketing technologies, especially within the China and Asia markets, and key industry growth drivers.
- Deep knowledge of how various marketing technologies integrate to drive increased technology adoption within large account bases.
- Familiarity with digital transformation & innovation management

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term business strategy, aligning it with key market trends, competitive dynamics & organisational goals. Work closely with the executive team to translate strategic goals into actionable business plans.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities, industry trends and competitive threats. Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion. Lead the company’s efforts to enter new markets, launch new products or services and diversify streams.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships to influence long-term direction and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with various departments (Marketing, Demand Management, Marketing Solutions teams) to ensure that strategic initiatives are well integrated across all business functions.
- Partner with Hashmeta Account teams to develop and drive pipelines, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with Hashmeta Platform Partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage a customer pipeline within selected verticals.
