Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant cum Recruiter to join our team, supporting the recruitment and administrative needs of our financial advisory unit. This role is ideal for someone skilled in both administrative coordination and recruitment, with a keen interest in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage and organize the schedules, appointments, and calendars for senior financial advisors, ensuring optimal time management.
- Assist to prepare necessary documents for appointments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining client files, advisor contracts, and other confidential records.
- Schedule and book meeting rooms for appointment and recruitment activities.
- Track and report key metrics related to advisor performance and recruitment progress.
2. Recruitment Duties
- Source and identify potential financial advisors through online platforms, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting, assessing candidates’ experience and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with senior financial advisors.
- Assist with onboarding new advisors by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth start.
- Promote the company’s employer brand by highlighting our unique offerings, culture, and career growth opportunities.
3. Communication and Coordination
- Act as a central point of communication between advisors, management, and other departments.
- Support recruitment and networking events by promoting engagement with potential candidates.
- Regularly communicate with candidates, providing updates and guidance to maintain a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administrative or recruitment roles; experience in the financial sector is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
