Your new role
- Liaise with clients on trade settlements issues including confirmation of settlement amounts, exchanging of SSIs and finalization of settlement confirmation arrangements.
- Follow up and liaise with Trade Control, Client, and Front Office teams in resolving settlement related queries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of settlement details in payment system.
- Point of contact for clients on payment inquiries.
- Control, monitor and resolve settlements/system breaks status.
- Participate in the team's related projects and process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or Degree qualification
- Good organizational skills and understanding of Back office Operations responsibilities and processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and is proactive in nature
- A good team player and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Product Suite
- Product knowledge of FICC derivative products and ISDA Definitions preferred.
