Your new role
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the team. As an HR Auditor, you'll play a vital role in delivering the certification process to clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients in submitting surveys and validating answers
- Conducting quality checks to ensure objective and diligent certification processes
- Analyzing data and results to provide insights to clients
- Gathering HR best practices from clients and sharing knowledge within the organization
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, in a generalist or business partner function
- Strong HR knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin (for business)
