Lead a group of workers by assigning them job and duty, checking/supervising their works

Take instruction from site management with regards to work arrangement, workers management

and disseminate information to workers under their charge

Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.

Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.

Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.

• Assist the Project Manager to oversee project site supervision, managing the daily operation of the project execution, and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the construction master schedules
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, controlling the cost of materials, shop drawings submission, coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects
• Work closely with the project team, planning and deploying resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment, and material
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects, i.e clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors
• Incharge of project implementation, attending site meetings, inspection, and monitoring of project progress
• Prepare for monthly work progress reports and other project-related reports
• Responsible to ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk and maintain cleanliness of the work sites at all times
• Other related duties as and when assigned by the Project Manager

• Use BIM (Building Information Modelling) to perform drawing and design work
• Coordinate and liaise with project and construction team on submissions, updates or hanges, and checking for clashes with other trades.
• Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by project and construction team
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication
• Identify Issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design and construction stage
• Produce all required 2D drawings and details for submission, approval and endorsement
• Responsible to match drawings and measurements to actual installation at the project site
• May eed to attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements (if necessary)
• Communicate effectively and work closely with consultants, sub-contractors and project team member
• Involved in coordination and preparation of specifications to liaise with Project manager, engineers and other relevant stakeholders for drawings and submission approval

• Preparation and implementation of Safety Program
• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH act
• Advise on work plan / Risk Assessment / safe work procedures
• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
• Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture
• Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection
• Prepare and submit weekly safety report as required

Inspect and identify all possible forms of hazards in a work environment

Inspect work areas regularly to ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements

Check equipment to ensure it is in working condition and do not pose any environment health hazard to user or the workplace

Provide solutions to address any unsafe practices or act at workplace

Conduct risk assessments on work site

Prepare reports on workplace safety assessments

Take charge of all matters related to environmental health such as:

Disease-bearing insects and rodents

Proper disposal of construction waste

Noise, air and dust pollution

Earth littering

Siltation of drains

Food hygiene in workers canteens if any

Any other environmental health matters

Report these conditions/situations with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent recurrence

•Carry out site preparation, coordination and documentation submission

•Coordinate and liaise on-site with client, consultant, and sub-contractors to ensure project requirements are met

•Coordinate and address any on-site safety and quality management issues

•Follow up and monitor project progression and report to management

•Any other ad-hoc assignment
