Job Description :

*Updating company all inventory transaction such as good receipt, stock issuance, stock return, stock transfer and stock adjustment into company ERP system on timely basis.

*Analyse and reconcile the inventory discrepancy and discuss the issue with store controller/superior to come out a solution and preventive action. -

*Participate in monthly cycle count and stock take.

*Generating monthly cycle count listing and stock take listing.

*Assist storekeeper to ensure goods quality and correct quantity during receive the goods from suppliers

*Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

*Computer literacy skills , working knowledge of ERP software is an advantage

*Organised and detail-oriented

*Able to work independently and in a team

*Fast learner and able to multi-task

Job Description & Requirements

Responsbilities

• Oversee full sets of accounts including monthly report and year-end audit process
• Handle GST and Income tax submission
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested (including daily/weekly bank reconciliation)
• Invoicing, Payment, Receipting, and payment follow ups
• Assisting in the preparation of budget and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with all tax, contract, and other statutory requirements
• Preparation of journal entries and completion of general ledger operations
• Adhoc project assigned

Requirements

• Relevant qualification
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Well versed in Accounting Softwares such as SAP or Navision/ Business Central
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Responsible for day to day administrative duties including preparing of invoices and filing.
• Ensure accurate data entry.
• Follow up on the completeness of all delivery orders.
• Handle incoming calls and any other adhoc duties as assigned
• Competent in office skills.
• Able to handle all staff administrative essential job functions.
• Perform other Assignments, as requested by Manager.

Skills / Attributes Required

• Diploma preferred.
• Good organization, administrative and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills. Working knowledge of ERP accounting systems such as SAP/Navision/Business Central is an advantage.
• Confident, self-starter with strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other departments.
