We are seeking a data entry administrator / cleck to undertake the task of maintaining accurate data inputs into our database.
- Organizing, updating, filing, and scanning of documents. This position supports
- Assist in internal distribution of documents, stamping, photocopy, scanning etc.
- Data entry of invoices, bills and service reports.
- Regularly update and maintain existing data records.
- Responsible for= office administrative and clerical processes.
- Other ad-hoc duty as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High accuracy and attention to detail.related fields is a plus.
- High accuracyand attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player.
Others:
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm
- Part-time position available (Min 3 days/ week @ $10/hr exlude breaks)
- Work Location: Kaki Bukit
