Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to manage enquiries, track leads, and coordinate market updates across Asia
• Assist in event planning, coordination, and execution
• Develop and maintain reports, including pipeline reports and market updates
• Manage campaigns and track participant engagement on our CRM system
• Assist in content creation for PR initiatives, including press pitching and newsletter development
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies
• Coordinate EDM and WhatsApp communication across all markets, ensuring timely and targeted client engagement
• Coordinate events across multiple-markets, such as ILTM Cannes Lunches and additional requests around trade show
• Generate interactive and engaging PowerPoint documents for presentations.
• Utilize expertise in the French market to enhance our services for French-speaking clients and drive business growth in this key market

Job requirements:

• The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in sales support, PR, or a related field, with a focus on luxury travel
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and insights
• Fluency in French and English is essential
