The Job:

• Assist the Sales team to process sales order and ensure timely product delivery to customers.
• Process quotation, sales order, purchase order, invoices, delivery order, etc.
• Follow up with customer on outstanding invoices and debt collection.
• Regularly update databases on customer information, sales orders, stock level, etc.
• Monitor inventory and ensure that stocks are being replenishment when running low.
• Work closely with product team and store department on stock replenishment and product delivery.
• Attend to call-in or walk-in customers.

The Candidate:

• Diplomain Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in sales coordination or
• Excellent in communication and coordination work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT savvy.
• Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Open to travel to the West side of Singapore for work.

• Location: WEST of Singapore
• Working Environment: Light industrial / Manufacturing
• Working Schedule: 5 working days per week, office working hours

Our Client is a long established insurance service provider serving the personal and commercial insurances.

The Job:

• Provide administrative support in processing general insurance matters
• Handle walk-in/call-in customers for enquiry on general insurance (e.g. travel, personal accident, motor, etc.)
• Assist in basic accounting (such as calculate premiums, refunds, adjustments, payment, etc.) or other administrative tasks if need be
• Backup co-workers if need be

The Candidate:

• Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
• Prefer with at least 1 year's related experience in general insurance
• Possess general Insurance knowledge will be a plus
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers)
