Job Description
Sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of investment transactions within technology an alternative lending industries
Strategising and development of investment thesis on potential opportunities
Preparation of investment slide decks and financial modelling of private credit opportunities
Presentation and marketing of investment proposals to senior management, investors, and business partners
Work with legal, financial, and other consultants on fundraising, deals and startup advisor
Continuous investment management of private debt / venture debt investments, in terms of forecasting and monitoring financial returns
Contribute to the development of Helicap’s technology and analytics platform
Participate in business development initiatives within Helicap and portfolio companies
Assist with business development, events, and other commercial activities
Skill Sets and Requirements
1 – 3 years of working experience and looking to develop a meaningful career in FinTech / investments
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and enjoys a startup culture
Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
Programming knowledge and skills is a plus
