Are you a highly organized, experienced HR and admin professional with a passion for animals? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and are open to working late hours or overnight shifts as needed? If so, we want you to join our fast-growing pet care business as our HR & Admin Manager!

What You’ll Do
- HR Leadership: Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth processes, and maintain accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to foster a positive, animal-loving workplace culture.
- Pet-Centric Focus: Manage tasks that involve being around dogs of all breeds and sizes.
- Flexibility: Be available for late hours or overnight shifts when required to support business operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of HR and administrative experience.
- Dog Lover: Comfortable working around and with dogs; prior experience in pet care is a plus!
- Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours based on operational needs.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with team members and clients.
