- To plan and execute corrective/preventive maintenance on facility equipment and production equipment to ensure good efficiency and availability.
- Implement TPM program in HPSL such as autonomous maintenance and critical spare part management.
- Engage external equipment vendor for service contract and ad hoc diagnostic or corrective maintenance activities.
Support safety and EHS related activities and audits.
Description of Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan and execute corrective/preventive maintenance on facility equipment and plant equipment to ensure good efficiency and availability. Generate equipment and facilities related records/reports/ documentations on above activities.
- Implement TPM strategy. Responsible for tracking machinery spare parts usage, maintaining adequate quantity, critical parts requirement, spare parts management, continuous improvement, and ISO audits.
- Support EHSS related topics, ensure site is in full compliance with Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Security regulation and policy.
- Resolve various equipment performance issues internally before approaching equipment vendor. Review equipment log and technician feedback for quick solutions.
- Liaise and co-ordinate jobs to be performed by contractors for facilities and plant equipment. Ensure work completion and achieve high standard of work.
- Perform site EHSS inspection/audits and ensure that all corrective / preventive actions are close in timely manner. Responsible for internal/external audits and EHSS activities.
- Interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings for equipment troubleshooting with at least 3 years hand-on experience
- Evaluate existing/new contractors’ performance and negotiate with them on quotations and service level.
Knowledge:
- Hands on experience in mixer and milling equipment maintenance is an advantage.
- Knowledge in TMP, Equipment FMEA is an advantage.
- Knowledge in facilities maintenance (Electrical, water, AC) is an advantage.
- EHS competence, familiar with ISO45001 & ISO14000 is a plus.
Skills:
- Able to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical diagrams and carried out maintenance work accordingly.
- Lead and guide technicians on above work.

Education:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Working Conditions:
