Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and expertise.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform on-site inspections and assessments.
- Understand and identify the scopes of HVAC work tasks.
- Conduct site assessments, measurements, and participate in pre-bid if necessary.
- Attend tender explanations and interviews as needed and develop project strategy, budget, and timeline.
- Work together with the relevant parties to prepare project proposals, contracts, and bidding submissions and explanations.
- Create quotes and follow up on service retrofit work.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain bids and meet needs.
- Keep track of unit costs and estimation records with all the projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
- At least 6 – 7 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Prior knowledge of ACMV installation or background in ACMV industries is preferred.
