Responsibilities:
· Accounts Receivables
· Invoicing
· Receipts / Collections Entry
· Emailing all SOA / Invoices to customers
· Filing and documentation
· Any other ad hoc office admin matters
Requirements:
· GCE "O"/ "N" levels, SPM or equivalent
· No Experience needed, Fresh Grads are welcome to Apply
· Detailed and hardworking
· Able to read/speak English & Chinese
· Good attitude
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Words will be good but not a prerequisite
· Some prior experience with accounting software will be good but not a prerequisite
Working Hours :
. Mon – Fri , 8am to 5pm
