Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide on-site services for new and existing customers, including equipment servicing and upgrades.
• Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
• Update customer on the nature of service provided and recommends equipment repairs or system upgrade.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and recommends solution to customer.
• Provides technical analysis of equipment installation, modifications, and upgrade in accordance to customer’s requirements.
• Regular communication with customer to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Duties includes but not limited to equipment installation, servicing, maintenance, repair, and relocation.

Requirements & Skills:

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years on site experience preferred.
• Experience in Automation and/or Robotics preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in using Solid Works and PLC programming will be an added advantage.
• Good problem solving and communication skill.
• On the job training provided.

Responsibilities & Duties

· Identify and develop potential new customers

· Provide support and further develop existing customers.

· Marketing, promoting and selling of products.

· Provide advice on best solution and product to customers.

· Analyse competitors and market trend.

· Prepare quotations.

· Meeting of sales target and plan.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

· Minimum Diploma in engineering, preferably Robotics and Automation.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales.

· Strong communication and sales skill.

· Good knowledge of industrial automation systems / equipment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Incoming stocks – Receiving, Checking and Storing of stocks.
• Outgoing stocks – Picking, Packing and Delivery of stocks.
• Ensure all inventory processes are completed on the same day.
• Ensure store is clean and tidy.
• Ensure stocks are properly stored on racks.
• Assist in stock take.

Requirements & Skills:

• Positive attitude and team player.
• At least 2 years’ experience preferred.
• With class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
• A fast learner with an eye for details.
• Able to meet deadlines.
